Allows physicians with revoked licenses to apply for reinstatement in Ohio.

This bill allows physicians whose licenses to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery were revoked to apply for reinstatement. The state medical board may reinstate a license if the applicant meets specific conditions, including completing community service, demonstrating professional skills and knowledge, and being of good moral character. The board may impose probation and additional terms and conditions on the license holder.
