Establishes the Child Care Cred Program to share child care costs among eligible employees, employers, and the state.

The bill establishes the Child Care Cred Program in the Department of Children and Youth. Under the program, eligible employees, employers, and the state share child care costs equally, with each contributing one-third. Employers may choose to contribute more. Participation is voluntary, and eligibility requires employees to reside in Ohio, employers to hire employees working in Ohio, and child care providers to be licensed or certified.
