Permits monetary damages against municipal corporations with gun control measures.

Allows individuals, groups, or entities to sue municipal corporations for monetary damages if they enact gun control measures conflicting with the right to keep and bear arms. Successful plaintiffs can recover damages, attorney's fees, and other expenses. Excludes zoning ordinances regulating commercial sales in residential or agricultural areas and those consistent with other retail sales.
