Enacts the Better Access to Health Care Act.

The Better Access to Health Care Act modifies the laws governing the practice of advanced practice registered nurses in Ohio. It repeals certain sections of the Revised Code and enacts new provisions. The act establishes standards and conditions for standard care arrangements between advanced practice registered nurses and collaborating physicians or podiatrists. It also allows certain advanced practice registered nurses to practice without a standard care arrangement under specific conditions.
