The bill creates the Ohio-Israel Trade and Innovation Partnership to study and advance bilateral trade and investment between Ohio and Israel. The partnership will also explore policy issues of mutual interest, business and academic exchanges, and multilateral partnerships. It will consist of members appointed by the president of the senate, the minority leader of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the minority leader of the house of representatives, and the governor.
