Limits fees charged in connection with ticket sales for entertainment events in Ohio to $5.

The bill defines "fee" as any amount charged by an operator or online ticket marketplace beyond the base ticket price or resale price. It prohibits online ticket marketplaces and operators from charging more than $5 in total fees for any transaction involving tickets to entertainment events in Ohio. Violations are considered unfair and deceptive practices, subject to enforcement by the attorney general.
