Ohio SB113 prohibits diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in public schools.

Ohio SB113 amends the Revised Code to prohibit public schools from implementing any orientation, training, office, or position designated for diversity, equity, and inclusion. It also bans the continuation of existing diversity, equity, and inclusion offices or departments and establishing new ones. Additionally, it prohibits using diversity, equity, and inclusion in job descriptions and contracting with consultants or third-parties to promote such initiatives.
