The Ohio General Assembly applies to Congress for a limited national convention to propose an amendment to the U.S. Constitution establishing term limits for members of the House of Representatives and the Senate. This application will be aggregated with similar applications from other states to meet the two-thirds requirement for Congress to call such a convention. The application will remain active until two-thirds of the states have made similar applications.
