Establishes the ACE Educational Savings Account Program for eligible students in Ohio.

The bill establishes the Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account Program in Ohio. Eligible students, defined as those aged six to eighteen with family incomes at or below 400% of the federal poverty guidelines or attending districts with high chronic absenteeism rates, can have accounts created by their parents or guardians. Funds in these accounts can be used for various educational purposes, including before- or after-school programs, day camps, and tutoring.
