Requires the Ohio Board of Elections to include all names from the current voter list in the annual jury source list.
The bill amends the Ohio Revised Code to require the Ohio Board of Elections to compile an annual jury source list that includes all names from the current voter list. The list must be certified and filed before the beginning of each jury year. The list should be arranged alphabetically and include the place of residence, date of birth, and citizenship of each person. The board of elections removes from the list those electors who have not voted in the preceding four years.
