Ohio HB944 requires juvenile facilities, secure facilities, detention centers, community corrections facilities, juvenile correctional facilities, and community residential programs to develop and maintain health care and education policies. These policies must include minimum standards for access to health care and education, be reviewed and updated regularly, and be made available to the public on the facility's website. Upon request, a paper copy of these policies must also be provided to the public.
