The JobsOhio Transparency Act amends the Ohio Revised Code to enhance the transparency and accountability of JobsOhio, a nonprofit corporation created to promote economic development and job creation. The act mandates that JobsOhio annually disclose on its public website all corporations it sponsors and media partnerships, including the names of the entities, the amount of funds provided, the approving individual, a conflict of interest check, and whether any public employee or official was involved.
