Community schools, STEM schools, college-preparatory boarding schools, and nonpublic schools that choose to stock these drugs must comply with certain provisions. Schools can accept donations to purchase these drugs. The superintendent must report drug use to relevant authorities and parents. If a persistent pattern of overdoses emerges, the superintendent must notify all parents.
