Ohio HB550 amends sections 3109.051, 3109.11, and 3109.12 of the Revised Code to allow courts to award compensatory parenting time or visitation when a parent or other person fails to comply with or interferes with a court-ordered parenting time or visitation schedule. The court may award compensatory parenting time or visitation if it finds that the failure or interference was not due to good cause shown by the opposing party.
