Designates certain OEPA and PUCO vehicles as public safety vehicles exempt from certain traffic laws.

This bill amends the Ohio Revised Code to designate certain vehicles used by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) as public safety vehicles. These vehicles are exempt from certain traffic laws when responding to emergencies. The bill also includes an appropriation for the Office of Emergency Response to purchase and upgrade equipment.
