Ohio HB368 mandates eviction records to be sealed after three years.

Ohio HB368 requires the automatic sealing of eviction records by the court clerk's office three years after the final judgment entry or the date of final satisfaction of any financial judgment. This applies to all records of actions commenced under this chapter. Eligible records must be sealed within ninety days after the bill's effective date.
