Allows liquor permit holders to discount dealcoholized wine in Ohio.

Ohio HB218 amends the Revised Code to allow liquor permit holders to offer a ten percent discount on dealcoholized wine when purchased alongside a case of regular wine. The bill defines "dealcoholized beverage" as wine with less than 0.5% alcohol by volume and "case" as six to twelve bottles of wine. The Liquor Control Commission retains the authority to regulate the distribution and sale of bottled wine in Ohio.
