Ohio HB155 prohibits diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in public schools.

Ohio HB155 mandates that boards of education in city, local, exempted village, and joint vocational school districts adopt policies prohibiting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This includes banning orientation or training courses, existing or new offices or departments, job descriptions, and contracts with consultants promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. The bill also requires replacing such initiatives with others under different names if they serve similar purposes.
