Ohio HB145 amends minimum school year hour requirements for nonchartered nonpublic schools.

Ohio HB145 amends sections 3301.0732 and 3313.48 of the Revised Code to set minimum education standards for nonchartered nonpublic schools, including specific hour requirements per grade level. Kindergarten students must attend 455 hours unless provided all-day kindergarten, in which case they must attend 910 hours. Grades one through six must attend 910 hours, and grades seven through twelve must attend 1,154 hours.
