Ohio HB127 amends the Revised Code to prohibit the release of directory information concerning students attending public schools for profit-making purposes. Directory information includes a student's name, address, telephone listing, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of members of athletic teams, and dates of attendance, date of graduation, and awards received.
