Ohio HB110 amends section 2907.08 of the Revised Code to increase the penalty for repeat voyeurism. A first-time violation remains a misdemeanor of the third degree. However, if an offender has been previously convicted or pleaded guilty to two or more violations, the offense escalates to a felony of the third degree. The bill targets those who secretly record others in private spaces for sexual gratification, including minors.
