Authorizes the discontinuance of certain parkland in the town of Windham, Greene County, for decommissioning an old baseball facility and pedestrian.

This bill authorizes the town of Windham in Greene County to discontinue and sell certain parkland for decommissioning an old baseball facility and enhancing pedestrian safety. The discontinuance is subject to the town acquiring and dedicating other lands as parkland and maintaining a public baseball facility on those lands. The bill also requires the town to dedicate any difference between the fair market value of the alienated parkland and the acquired parkland to the acquisition of additional parklands or capital improvements to existing park and recreational facilities.
