New York S10528 amends the alcoholic beverage control law to permit the issuance of a retail license for on-premises consumption at a specific location in Greene County. The license applies to a premises within the southeast corner of a parcel of land described in a deed recorded in Liber 613 of Deeds at Page 246. The premises must be located on the north line of Church Street and must be a place of worship or a retail establishment selling food or beverages for on-site consumption. The law takes effect immediately upon enactment.
