This bill amends the education and public health laws to allow prescription labels for gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, pubertal suppressants, anabolic steroids, alpha reductase inhibitors, progestins, or drug classes for hormone replacement therapy to include the name of the dispensing practice instead of the prescriber. It also requires that patients be informed if the label includes the practice's name or address. The changes take effect immediately.
