Establishes the Harlem Unified Community Planning urban renewal agency in New York.
The bill establishes the Harlem Unified Community Planning urban renewal agency, a municipal body corporate and politic. It consists of not less than seven and not more than fifteen members, including the Manhattan borough president. The agency will have the powers and duties conferred by article fifteen-A of the general municipal law. The agency will be organized and governed by the provisions of article fifteen-A and will be perpetual in duration.
