Authorizes the town of Wilton water and sewer authority to collect unpaid water bills through tax collections.

This bill amends the public authorities law to allow the town of Wilton water and sewer authority to collect unpaid water bills through tax collections. It requires the authority to submit a list of properties with unpaid bills to the town collector or receiver of taxes. The collector or receiver shall levy the unpaid amounts against the properties and include them in the annual tax rolls. The collected sums, excluding penalties and interest, will be paid to the authority's chief financial officer.
