Authorizes Nassau County assessor to accept retroactive tax exemption application from Ray of Hope, Inc.

The bill allows the Nassau County assessor to accept a retroactive application for real property tax exemption from Ray of Hope, Inc. If the application is accepted, the exemption will be reviewed as if it had been received on time.
