Limits funding of mobile sports wagering accounts to specific payment methods.
This bill amends the racing, pari-mutuel wagering, and breeding law to restrict the methods authorized sports bettors can use to fund their mobile sports wagering accounts. Only automated clearing houses or electronic funds transfers from their personal bank account, wire transfers from their personal bank account, personal checks delivered to the operator, debit cards issued by a financial institution that draw directly from their personal bank account, and in-person cash deposits at a casino or other approved location are allowed.
