This bill amends the public authorities law to expand the approval power for actions taken at meetings of the New York state energy research and development authority. It includes the temporary president of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the minority leader of the senate, and the minority leader of the assembly in the approval process. If these officials do not return the minutes within fifteen days, any action recited in the minutes shall have full force and effect. If they return the minutes with a veto, the action shall be null and void.
