Authorizes the town attorney of the town of Islip, in the county of Suffolk, to be a nonresident of such town.
This bill amends the town law and the public officers law to allow the town attorney of the town of Islip, in the county of Suffolk, to not be a resident of the town. The change applies only to the town of Islip and allows the town attorney to reside in the county instead of the town. This act takes effect immediately.
