Extends the authority of the department of environmental conservation to manage winter flounder to 12/31/2029.

This bill amends the environmental conservation law to extend the authority of the department of environmental conservation to manage winter flounder until December 31, 2029. The regulations must be no less restrictive than requirements set forth in this chapter and consistent with applicable fishery management plans.
