Authorizes Brookhaven town assessor to accept tax exemption application from Chabad at Stony Brook, Inc.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Brookhaven, county of Suffolk, to accept an application for a real property tax exemption from Chabad at Stony Brook, Inc. for all of the 2025 general taxes and all of the 2025 school taxes. If the application is accepted, the assessor may make appropriate corrections to the tax roll, provided the organization would otherwise be entitled to the exemption.
