Authorizes the town justice of the town of Dix, county of Schuyler, to be a nonresident of such town.
This bill amends the town law and the public officers law to allow the town justice of the town of Dix, in the county of Schuyler, to not be a resident of the town. The town justice must reside in the county of Schuyler. This change does not affect the residency requirements for town justices in other towns. The act takes effect immediately.
