New York S09943 authorizes the village of New Berlin to discontinue the use as parkland and alienate certain lands. The village must dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the parklands being discontinued towards the acquisition of new parklands and/or recreational facilities. The alienation of the parklands will not occur until the village complies with any federal requirements pertaining to the alienation or conversion of parklands. The lands to be alienated are described in detail, including their boundaries and locations.
