Extends provisions for New York City marshals to execute money judgments and post eviction notices.

This bill extends the authority of New York City marshals to perform the same functions, powers, and duties as sheriffs in executing money judgments from the Supreme and Family Courts. It also extends the requirement for marshals to post and electronically file eviction notices. The provisions will remain in effect until June 30, 2028.
