This bill amends the court of claims act to provide exceptions from the requirement of specificity in pleadings in certain cases involving sexual offenses. Specifically, it exempts claims alleging intentional or negligent acts or omissions resulting in physical, psychological, or other injury or condition from the need to specify the nature of the claim, the time when it arose, the place where it arose, the items of damage or injuries claimed, or the total sum claimed.
