This bill extends the duration of certain brownfield redevelopment and remediation tax credits for a specific site at 125 Bath Street in Ballston Spa, Saratoga county. The extension applies to sites that entered into a brownfield cleanup agreement with the Department of Environmental Conservation on January 31, 2013, and were later amended on December 27, 2019, due to a property sale. The site must have received a certificate of completion by December 31, 2019, and not have had property placed in service as of the effective date of this act.
