This bill extends the duration of certain brownfield redevelopment and remediation tax credits for a site within the Renaissance Commerce Park in Lackawanna, Erie county. The extension applies to sites that entered into a brownfield cleanup agreement before June 23, 2008, received a certificate of completion by December 31, 2017, and have not yet placed property in service. The tax credit period is extended to ten consecutive tax years starting from when improvements are placed in service, provided this begins no later than the 2036 tax year.
