Adds BOCES to the list of entities authorized to establish a workers' compensation reserve fund.

This bill amends the general municipal law to authorize boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES) to establish a workers' compensation reserve fund. The fund can be used to pay compensation and benefits, medical, hospital, or other expenses authorized by the workers' compensation law and the volunteer firefighters' benefit law. Any interest earned or capital gain realized on the money deposited or invested in the fund will accrue to and become part of the fund. The fund's separate identity will be maintained whether its assets consist of cash or investments or both.
