Extends provisions of law relating to increasing certain motor vehicle transaction fees and relating to certain costs of the department of motor.
This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law and other laws to extend provisions relating to increasing certain motor vehicle transaction fees. It also amends the state finance law to extend provisions relating to the costs of the department of motor vehicles. The provisions will cease to have force and effect upon enactment of legislation constituting the 2026-2027 budget.
