Provides funding to Barker central school district for ten years following the cessation of an electric generating facility.

This bill amends the laws of 2015 to provide appropriations to the Barker central school district following the cessation of operations of an electric generating facility within the district. It allows for awards for a period of ten years to compensate for the loss of tax revenue. The maximum potential award for years eight, nine, and ten is limited to no more than twenty percent of the loss of revenues. The urban development corporation is responsible for providing assistance to eligible local government entities on a first-come, first-served basis.
