Authorizes the Babylon assessor to accept a tax exemption application from Tiegerman Community Services, Inc.

This bill authorizes the assessor of the town of Babylon to accept an application for exemption from real property taxes from Tiegerman Community Services, Inc. If the application is accepted and the organization is deemed eligible, the assessor may grant the exemption. The town board's approval is required for the exemption to be granted.
