Allows the city of New York to transfer the Amity Little League Baseball Complex to Amity Little League, Inc.

This bill authorizes the city of New York to transfer the Amity Little League Baseball Complex to Amity Little League, Inc. for a period of forty years. The transfer is subject to the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). The land must be used for recreational, sporting, educational, and community development purposes. Upon termination of such use, title to the land will revert to the city of New York. The conveyance is contingent on the Amity Little League, Inc. submitting an accurate survey and description of the land to the New York City Department of Citywide Services for approval.
