This bill amends the public health law to mandate that two electronic benefit transfer cards be issued for special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children (WIC) benefits to households where an additional member is a parent, guardian, caretaker of the covered infant, or a spouse, domestic partner, or parent of the covered mother. No card will be issued to anyone under eighteen unless they are a parent or guardian of a minor child.
