This bill amends the Coordinated Construction Act for Lower Manhattan and provisions relating to joint bidding on contracts for public work projects. It extends the effectiveness of these provisions until December 31, 2035. The changes include modifying sections 5 and 7 of chapters 259 of the laws of 2004 and 322 of the laws of 2014, respectively.
