Extends the effectiveness of certain provisions relating to the authority of the village of Plandome Manor to enter into contracts to sell delinquent.
This bill amends chapter 280 of the laws of 2016, extending the authority of the village of Plandome Manor to enter into contracts to sell delinquent tax liens or to pledge such liens as collateral for a loan. The provisions, which were set to expire on December 31, 2025, are now extended until December 31, 2028. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
