This bill dedicates a portion of state route 42 in Sullivan County, from the intersection of state route 42 and Railroad Plaza to 5286-5288 Main Street, to Lieutenant Roland "The Gator" Ward. The commissioner of transportation will ensure the installation and maintenance of adequate signage for this dedication. The official name of the highway will not be changed as a result of this act.
