Authorizes seniors and severely disabled individuals to use ATVs on certain lands for ice fishing.

This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow seniors aged 65 and older, as well as those who are severely disabled, to use all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to enter and exit lands where ice fishing is permitted by the Department of Environmental Conservation. This authorization applies only when ice conditions are deemed reasonably safe for ATV operation, as determined by the Department. The use of ATVs is restricted to traveling to and from ice fishing locations.
