Allows the village of Ossining, Westchester county, to set restrictions on the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages at retail for on-premises.

This bill amends the alcoholic beverage control law to allow the village of Ossining, Westchester county, to impose more restrictive hours on the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail for on-premises consumption. This is done through local law, ordinance, or resolution, overriding any contrary provisions in existing law, rule, or regulation. The changes will take effect 30 days after the bill becomes law.
