Requires annual examination of the Green Bank by the superintendent of financial services.

Amends the public authorities law to mandate that the superintendent of financial services examine the Green Bank at least once every calendar year. Requires that a copy of each examination report, including its findings, be provided to the New York state energy research and development authority, the state comptroller, and the senate and assembly.
